Reset User’s Second Factor
- Navigate to the User Management page.
- In the user table, click on the User you want to reset the second factor.
This opens the user details on the right side of the screen.
- If you cannot find the user:
- Use the 🔍 Search function to locate the user.
- Click on the user to open the user details.
- Select Reset 2FA.
- Click Reset 2FA to confirm.
At the next login, the user will be prompted to set up a new second factor.
