Reset User’s Second Factor

  1. Navigate to the User Management page.
  1. In the user table, click on the User you want to reset the second factor.

    This opens the user details on the right side of the screen.

  1. If you cannot find the user:
    • Use the 🔍 Search function to locate the user.
    • Click on the user to open the user details.
  1. Select Reset 2FA.
  1. Click Reset 2FA to confirm.

At the next login, the user will be prompted to set up a new second factor.
