Locking a User
- Navigate to the User Management page.
- In the user table, click on the User you want to lock.
This opens the user details on the right side of the screen.
- If you cannot find the user:
- Use the 🔍 Search function to locate the user.
- Click on the user to open the user details.
- In the top-right corner, click the three dots (⋮) menu.
- Select Lock user.
When a user is locked, the user is not able to log in anymore.
Unlocking a User
- Navigate to the User Management page.
- In the user table, click on the User you want to unlock.
This opens the user details on the right side of the screen.
- If you cannot find the user:
- Use the 🔍 Search function to locate the user.
- Click on the user to open the user details.
- In the top-right corner, click the three dots (⋮) menu.
- Select Unlock user from the menu.
When a user is unlocked, the user can log in again.
