Add new Users with One-Time Password
Availability: This feature is only available, if it’s enabled for your organization. To do so, please contact the Famedly Support Team.
- Navigate to the User Management page in the menu on the left.
- Click the + Button.
- Enter the user's first name, last name.
- Click Set password manually.
- Enter the One-time password. Please follow the password policy.
- Repeat the One-time password.
- Click Create user.
- Copy the password to the clipboard.
- Share one-time password and the user name with the user on a secure channel.
Using the user name and this one-time password, the new user can log in for the first time and set a new password. Afterward, they can log in with their email address and the new password.
