Editing an Existing User

  1. Navigate to the User Management page.
  1. In the user table, click on the User you want to edit.

    This opens the user details on the right side of the screen.

  1. If you cannot find the user:
    • Use the 🔍 Search function to locate the user.
    • Click on the user to open the user details.
  1. In the top-right corner, click the three dots (⋮) menu.
  1. Select Edit user.
  1. To change the name or email address, click in the respective input field and enter the changes.
  1. Click Save changes on the bottom to confirm your change.

If the email is changed, the second factor of the 2FA is reset. At the next login, the user will be prompted to set up a new second factor.
