Only relevant if SSO or Famedly-Sync is configured: In both cases, users are automatically created and no further manual action is required.
Add Users automatically via SSO / Synchronization
If SSO login or user synchronization (Famedly-Sync) is configured for your organization, users are added and updated automatically. You do not need to and should not create them manually.
SSO Login
When a user signs in via SSO for the first time and has the required permissions for Famedly, their account is created automatically. On each subsequent login, their profile data is updated.
When using SSO as the sole connection method, user deletion must be performed manually, as information exchange between systems only occurs during the login process.

Synchronize Users
When Famedly-Sync is configured, users from your directory (LDAP, AD, or CSV) are synchronized on a regular schedule. With each run:
- New users are created in Famedly
- Deactivated or deleted users are removed from Famedly
No manual action is required to create or delete users.
