Famedly Support Portal

The Famedly Support Portal is based on Jira Service Management and allows you to submit requests, track existing tickets, and communicate directly with our support team.

You can access the portal clicking https://famedly.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/7.

When you enter the portal, you can create new requests or manage your existing ones.


What You Can Do in the Portal

Submit a New Request

Select the appropriate request type that best matches your inquiry:

  • Technical Support
  • Data Security Questions
  • Report a Bug
  • Suggest a New Feature
  • Other Questions
  • Request a Callback

After selecting a request type:

  1. Fill out the required fields.
  1. Add a detailed description of your request.
  1. Attach relevant files or screenshots if necessary.
  1. Submit the request.

Your request will be assigned to the support team for processing.


Track Your Requests

You can view and track all your submitted requests:

  1. Navigate to My Requests.
  1. Open a request to see its current status.
  1. Review updates from the support team.
  1. Add comments or additional information if needed.

You will receive notifications when the status of your request changes or when support replies.


Communicate with Support

Within each request, you can:

  • Reply to support messages
  • Provide additional information
  • Upload attachments
  • Ask follow-up questions

All communication is handled directly in the ticket to ensure transparency and traceability.
